Warm almond butter hot chocolate smoothie recipe

If you love hot chocolate but you’re looking for a healthier alternative than the powder packages they sell in the stores, I got you!

Today we’re making warm almond butter hot chocolate smoothie.

Healthy hot chocolate recipe

I’ve tried this recipe a couple of times and this is just the perfect combination. Not too sweet, no added sugars. You really have to try it to believe me how good it is.

It’s packed with protein, fiber, vitamin E, calcium, and potassium. So lots of good stuff, right? Well, it’s also delicious and super tasty.

Almond butter recipe

Raw cacao nibs recipe



1 cup coconut almond milk
1 banana
2 tbsp almond butter
1-2 tbsp raw cocoa nibs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Warm up the coconut almond milk on the stove or in the microwave.

Add all ingredients to the blender. Pour it into a cup and sprinkle with the cinnamon.

It’s so good!

You can switch the coconut almond milk with almond milk or coconut milk. I personally love the combination of coconut and almond. You get the best of both 🙂 Enjoy!
