After reading through so many good reviews about Spanx Faux Leather Leggings, I decided to purchase them and check for myself if they are as comfortable as everyone said.
I’ve heard of Spanx before, because of their shapewear products and I just automatically assumed that’s all they make. So when I went on their website, I was a bit surprised to see they also have activewear, swimwear, even denim. On top of that, they offer tall and petite sizes on some items. Being 5’11, I appreciate that as I love finding pieces that fit right and aren’t too short on me.

Are they comfortable?
The Spanx faux leather leggings are truly comfortable and super stretchy. They suck you in all the right places if you know what I mean? ;) I’ve had so many pairs of faux leather leggings before, but over time they will lose their shape, which I haven’t experienced with these Spanx leggings. They hold their shape well.
I liked wearing them with tops that are a bit longer and cover the waistband, like a tunic type sweater or shirt and some ankle booties, especially when I used to go out to dinner or to the movies (hopefully we can all do that pretty soon again). However, I also like pairing mine with sneakers for a casual everyday look. It’s such a comfortable outfit when I’m running errands.
Also, you know when you come home after wearing jeans all day, and you just can’t wait to take them off so you can slip into something comfortable. Well, you don’t have to do that. You’re already wearing a pair of super comfortable leggings, and you can stay in them all day. I’m pretty sure you can even work out in them, not that I’m recommending that because who would want to workout in faux leather leggings, right? I’m only saying, these leggings are TRULY COMFORTABLE. You can wear them in so many different ways and on so many occasions.
Do they run true to size?
Yes, they run true to size. I was a bit unsure of what size to get. Some reviews claimed they run very small. I ended up ordering a medium size, and they fit perfectly.
