Hey, guys! It’s been a while.
If you are following my journey on Instagram, you know a lot has happened. We moved back to California from the Netherlands and it’s been a crazy couple of weeks. Lots of packing included. I try to update Insta Stories quite frequently so make sure you follow me on Instagram to see what’s new.
In today’s post, I wanted to share with you a super easy and yummy recipe – zucchini pizza. Yum! Also if you scroll to the bottom of the post, there is a giveaway. Yay!
Okay, so today’s recipe will take you 10 minutes to make. You know that I hate spending long hours in the kitchen and I will do anything to save time. So if you are like me, let’s get to work.
ZUCCHINI PIZZA RECIPE:
- 6 zucchinis
- marinara sauce
- parmesan cheese
- mozzarella cheese
- pepperoni slices
- oregano
- olive oil
- salt pepper
- baking sheet/aluminum foil
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the zucchinis in half and pat dry them with a paper towel.
- Place the zucchinis on an aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add marinara sauce to each slice.
- Add the mozzarella cheese on top, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Add the pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
