8 Delicious GG Crackers Toppings Ideas

Salty GG crackers toppings ideas

After hearing so much about GG crackers, I decided to give them a try. They are not easy to find. First, I checked online and saw that they’re selling them at a few grocery stores nearby, but when I went there to buy them, they were sold out. So I ended up ordering them online.

Okay, let’s be completely honest. These crackers are flavorless, plain, and have a hard texture. However, they’re not bad, and with the right toppings, they can be very tasty and delicious.

GG crackers are made out of only three ingredients – wheat bran, rye flour, and salt.

So these crispbreads are high in fiber, but low in calories and carbs. 4 grams of fiber, 2 grams of carbs, and only 20 calories per cracker to be exact.

Because they are high in fiber they keep you full longer and help control blood sugar and cholesterol. They’re also great for the digestive system.

Okay, while they may not be the tastiest crackers, they’re definitely the most nutritious ones I’ve found. And like I said, when you add the right toppings they taste really good. I thought I’d share a few sweet and salty GG crackers recipes that I usually make at home.

While I have only tried the original GG crackers, they also have these crispbreads in sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, and raisin & honey flavors. And they just came out with two gluten-free options too – honey cinnamon and multi-seed crackers.

I think the next ones I’d like to try are the raisin & honey. Yum!
