I want to start these weekly series (maybe monthly, not sure yet) where I talk about some of my favorite things at the moment. Today I’m sharing some of the current trends I’ve been into; a hydrating moisturizer I’ve been using, especially during the colder months; how to make DIY lattes at home. And a few other things I’ve tried and liked.

NEUTROGENA HYDRO-BOOST WATER GEL
During the colder months of the year, my skin feels extremely dry. And that’s normal. When it’s cold the water in the skin evaporates a lot faster and leaves our skin drier than usual. This moisturizer is oil-free, and it contains hyaluronic acid which helps your cells to retain moisture. It’s such a refreshing lightweight moisturizer that it instantly absorbs into my skin. If you have dry skin, I’d highly recommend you try it.

HANDHELD MILK FROTHER FOR DIY LATTES
Do you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning? If you do, I’d highly recommend getting a handheld frother. It’s a game-changer when it comes to making DIY lattes. I like to add a splash of almond milk in my coffee, and ever since I got a frother, I use it daily to blend my almond milk. It adds a nice creamy layer of foam. Then I pour the foamy milk in my coffee and I end up with a delicious latte. DIY lattes are the best. Same thing you will buy at your local coffee shop. The plus is that I don’t even need to leave my house. Belle likes to use the frother to blend her milk and hot chocolate mix. Such a great tool to have at home.

WRAP TEE
Wrap tees, dresses, skirts are having a moment right now. And I found a cute wrap tee that comes in two different colors – tan and black. I got mine in tan and size medium. If you prefer a looser fit, I’d recommend to size up. Other than that, the tee is true to size. It’s cute, casual material that can you can wear every day.

ROBOT VACUUM CLEANER
I feel like everyone needs a robot vacuum cleaner at home because it saves time and that is something essential to me. If you have someone that cleans your house, great. If you don’t, get a robot vacuum cleaner. I like mine because it is very affordable, and it does a great job of picking dust and vacuuming the floor. I spend an extra 2 minutes on removing anything from the floor, like cables or toys. Just so the robot can do a better job at cleaning, and it doesn’t get stuck anywhere. Of course, I don’t think a robot vacuum cleaner can replace your regular cleaning once a week, but it will replace the in-between cleanings, which works for me. You can also turn it on and go do your grocery shopping. Then you come home to a clean house.

PEARL HAIR CLIPS
Something else that is having a moment right now is hair accessories and for a good reason. I ended up purchasing these crystal and pearl clips, these metal jaw clips, and these pear hair clips. I feel like hair accessories add a great touch to any hairstyle.
