I haven’t shared a recipe in a while, so today we’re going to make a triple berry mimosa.

This cocktail is everything I look for in a recipe – refreshing, sweet, and simple. It takes 5 minutes to make and it’s also such a fun cocktail to make for a special occasion or on your next Sunday brunch with girlfriends.

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS TRIPLE BERRY MIMOSA RECIPE:

Triple Berry Mimosa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1/2 c

    fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 c

    fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 c

    fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 c water
  • 1 c coconut sugar (optional)
  • mint to garnish

Instructions

  • Mix the water, sugar, and berries in a blender and blend well.
  • Fill each glass with half of the mixture and the other half with champagne. Mix.
  • Garnish with some mint leaves and enjoy!

Notes

*The coconut sugar is optional, you can make the recipe without it. I personally don't add any sugar, but if you need a bit more sweetness to your drink, go for it.
** TIP: You can use the rest of the berries blend in tomorrows smoothie. Just add some chia seeds, spinach, and ice.
