Today I wanted to share with you my favorite spicy skinny margarita recipe. Does this sound good or what?

Margaritas are one of my favorite cocktails, they’re refreshing, yummy, and well, perfect during the summer. While I love a classic margarita, I wanted to try something a little different this time and keep the ingredients to a minimum. It literally takes 5 min to make this recipe and you’re going to love it. Keep scrolling for all the details!

Spicy Skinny Margarita Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4-5 limes
  • 2-3 tsp

    agave syrup

  • 2-3 oz of your favorite tequila
  • cayenne paper

Instructions

  • To start, squeeze out the limes.
  • Fill the cups with ice and pour the tequila on top.
  • Then add the lime juice and a spoonful or two of agave and mix well. I like mine a bit sweeter so I added three tsp of agave.
  • To add a little kick and make it spicy sprinkle cayenne pepper on top.

If you want to make your skinny margarita stronger, add more tequila.
If you prefer it sweeter, add more agave.

Optional: If the taste is too citrusy, add some coconut water to your skinny margarita recipe!

I made this skinny margarita recipe last Sunday. The weather was quite confusing, sunny and bright one second, then rainy and gloomy the next. It was like that all day. So instead of going outside, Gio and I decided to stay at home and make some spicy skinny margarita cocktails, cook dinner and watch movies.

It was just one of those days, where we didn’t feel like doing anything. You know what I’m talking about, right?

Anyways, do you want to see more recipes? Let me know in the comments below. I love trying new things and it’ll be fun to share them here on the blog with you.

In the meantime, hope everyone is having a great week!
