Carrot Mango Smoothie Recipe for Radiant Skin

You know how some days you don’t feel like having a big breakfast. A smoothie is an excellent choice for those days. Light, full of vitamins, and a great way to get your daily serving of fruits and veggies.

This carrot mango smoothie has been one of my favorites lately. It’s packed with beta-carotin which is an antioxidant, good for your skin and eyes. It also contains lots of potassium, magnesium, and fiber. So lots of goodness packed in each cup.

I’m obsessed with ginger and if I’m making this carrot mango smoothie just for myself, I will add extra ginger. However, I know that many people don’t love the sharp, spicy flavor as much. Try the recipe as it is with 1 tsp of ginger and if you want a bit stronger taste, add another tsp the next time you’re making the recipe.

Also, if you fancy your smoothies extra cold,  add a few ice cubes. I prefer using frozen fruit instead, and that makes it cold enough for my taste. Besides, it’s not too watery, I like to taste the texture in my smoothie. Keep on scrolling for the full smoothie recipe!
