Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a small Thanksgiving with just our family. As in true Thanksgiving fashion, we stuffed ourselves with turkey, mashed potatoes and of course cranberry sauce on everything! Deciding on the desert was the most difficult part, because Belle doesn’t like pumpkin pie, and Gio doesn’t like pecan pie and I’m not a huge fan of either. Instead, we decided to stick with everyone’s favorite – homemade triple chocolate cake with coffee icing, and let me tell you it was amazing. Seriously, we ate the whole thing in 2 days. Probably not the healthiest thing to do but hey it’s Thanksgiving, right?
